I’m Amanda Deweese.  A 30 something year old family and portrait photographer living in Kentucky.  I am an aunt to 2 nieces and 1 nephew (you may have seen a photo or two of them on my website!!!)  And I’m a dog mama to a Great Pyrenees named Guss (yes, that’s spelled correctly : )

 

In my downtime you will find me watching old classic movies on TCM or reruns of Fixer Upper and all that beautiful white shiplap.  By the way, huge fan of Joanna Gaines.  Reading is another past time I really enjoy, especially anything by Nicholas Sparks.  And I spend as much time as I can with my 2 favorite girls who gave me the nickname Mamma.

A few of my favorite weaknesses are chocolate, Mountain Dew and Italian food.  I have a hard time turning any of them down : )

Traveling is my passion but second only to photography.  When I have the opportunity to pair the two together I’m like a kid in a candy store.  Although I tend to always look like a tourist : )  Someday, I would love to travel to Italy, France, Hawaii, Ireland and Australia.

But I am a family oriented person above all else.
